SCHOOLS RE-ORGANISATION Northumberland Website - 'Putting the learner First' - latest documents Click here to link to the latest on Middle School Closures in Northumberland PRUDHOE PYRAMID There are two proposals for the Prudhoe Pyramid. Both alternatives include the closure of the Middle Schools (Highfield, Ovingham and Eastwood), with the High School taking children from 11 to 18 years of age. The First Schools would become Primary Schools in some cases moving to a Middle School site. Two proposals are made for Mickley and Broomley (Stocksfield) schools: Option 1 - Both schools become separate 5 to 11 Primary Schools. Option 2 - Mickley and Broomley combine to form a larger Primary School on a new site. The reports are available here in Word (Doc) format or Adobe PDF format.
